Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the Terms of Use) are applicable to the websites owned and/or operated by Rolling Barbershop LLC (Rolling Barbershop) currently at www.rollingbarbershop.com (the Site).

2. Acceptance of Terms: You acknowledge that by using or browsing the Site, you agree, without limitation, and are bound by these terms of use and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

Rolling Barbershop reserves sole discretion and the right to change, modify, add, or remove these Terms of Use at any time, consistent with applicable law. It is your responsibility, as the user, to check and verify these Terms of Use for changes. Rolling Barbershop will notify you on the Site or provide notification if these Terms of Use change. Any changes are effective when specified in the applicable notification. If you do not agree to the changes after they become effective, cease usage of the Site. If you use the Site following the changes becoming effective, you accept and agree to the change. If you continue to comply with Rolling Barbershop’s Terms of Use, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use the Site.

3. Services Description: Rolling Barbershop services are detailed and outlined on the Site and are subject to change without notification. Rolling VIP services are limited to the Huntsville area as deemed by Rolling Barbershop.

4. User Obligations: Users may not use the Site or any Content or Materials contained therein, for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You may not transmit or solicit any language, information, or images which are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or indecent; or could constitute, encourage, or incite a criminal offense or rise to civil liability. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, sold, distributed, mirrored, or otherwise exploited in any way, without Rolling Barbershop’s express prior written consent.

You may not probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, of the Site. You may not breach the security or authentication measures of the Site. You are not permitted to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reduce any source code of the Site. You may not trace or seek to trace any information on any user of the Site in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personally identifiable information, other than your own information, as provided by the Site. You agree to not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the infrastructure of the Site, users, hosts, or the network. You may not submit a virus or any other harmful component to the Site.

You may not forge or otherwise manipulate any identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any messages you send to Rolling Barbershop on or through the Site. You may not pretend be or pretend that you represent someone else, any individual or entity, or Rolling Barbershop in any way.

Any violation of Rolling Barbershop’s system, Site, or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.

5. Pricing and Payments:

Pricing: All prices for services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. For Rolling Barbershop’s subscription or prepay event services (including but not limited to Rolling VIP and Rolling Event) payment is due monthly for Rolling VIP (with a 2 month minimum commitment to sign up) and minimum payment is due immediately at checkout with full payment due 24 hours prior to event start for Rolling Event.

Refunds: Services, including minimum payments, are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or experience with Rolling Barbershop, please notify us before leaving the shop or contact us so we can make any necessary adjustments or review your case. Subscriptions may be refunded within 24 hours of initial payment, only.

6. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Describe how users can make, modify, or cancel reservations. Modifications or cancellations to Rolling Event are due 7 days prior to the set and reasonably understood Rolling Event date and time. Rolling VIP cancellations are covered in subscription the pricing plan, allowing Rolling VIP customers maximum flexibility. If Rolling VIP customers are going to be more than 30 minutes late, Rolling Barbershop reserves the right to reschedule as it deems fit and its schedule allows. Rolling Barbershop reserves exclusive right to deny Rolling Barbershop services, including but not limited to, any grounds of disrespect or multiple (2 or more) unreasonable, as determined by Rolling Barbershop, cancellations or seemingly intentional waste of Rolling Barbershop resources.

You may choose to cancel your subscription service at any time, your services will cease at the completion of the last paid subscription period or end of the initial 2 month commitment), however refunds for this subscription service are only permitted as outlined above.

7. Intellectual Property: All articles, texts, hidden within source code or otherwise, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, music, sounds, and computer code, collectively referred to as Content, is owned by Rolling Barbershop or its licensors. All content is thus protected by U.S. and international intellectual property and proprietary rights. This includes protection of, but not limited to, design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, arrangement, and look and feel of the Content on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances are Rolling Barbershop, its owners, directors, managers, affiliates, professionals, staff, or licensors liable to you for any damages whatsoever on account of your use, misuse, or reliance on the information and services available on the Site or services provided. This limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of any damages arising from any claim relating to the Terms of Use, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Privacy Policy: Rolling Barbershop’s Privacy Policy applies to this Site, and its terms are applicable to the Terms of Use via this reference. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that internet usage is not and never is completely private or secure; you understand that messages, special notices, or equivalent you send to the Site may be intercepted by others, regardless of special notices that specific transmissions are encrypted.

10. Governing Law: The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama.
